Added 2024-08-09 22:50:23 +0000 UTCRecap: after reading the booklet with the machine, I did some long haul training...the regular "correction" setting for 5 minutes per level (starting at L1) all the way through L9 🥴😵 Then went through and did "consolidate" to maintain the pump the same way. Then, back to the cups! My tits were so sore the next day...in the best kind of way!
