I’ve gone above and beyond what normal people do for work! I’ve been begging my boss that I need help. That this company is NOT a one person accounting position. Problem is the person that’s helping has no accounting experience, but has been with the company for 10 yrs. If she can’t hack my portion of the job they’ll cut her back to part time. I don’t want that stress on me, but I need a capable ap/ar person. I’m trying to give her data entry type tasks but she’s making errors and I NEED her to be more accurate. I’m trying to learn her learning style, but it’s hard. 😔. Good news is I bought this bag off Facebook and they guy even delivered it to me Sunday …so grateful and desperately needed!!!!
