The house contract was signed. So much legal stuff all pro builder. They wouldn’t hold the property even wit the deposit until they received the signed contract in 6 hrs🙄. You’re basically playing by their rules if you want the property. Now🤞🏻no issues pop up. It’s already fully built. Just made financial sense since they were offer $20k in seller credits AND they’re offering a 30 yr lock rate of 6.25%. And I can use part of the $20k to buy down my rate to the low mid 5% range. Inventory in my area is very low 1.4 mth supply. Other houses and townhomes are going for about the same price point, but I couldn’t get that rate down without shelling out $$$$$. I’m super excited about getting out of the tiny apartment. My ex will be happy I’m getting the remainder of my things out of his house 😂. Thankfully we have a good relationship, no animosity or anger between us. Sad to hear so many divorces don’t go so well and spouses despise each other 🙁. I’m off to bed. Have a great night 😘
