









Did CrossFit in the morning. Started with 115 sumo deadlift and last round ended with 160lbsπ πͺπ»ποΈββοΈ. And all that was after about 7 min warmup. It was a good mix of strength and cardio. Still have to be careful with my back. You donβt feel it when when you have the endorphins pumping π¬
