








I included a couple vids of some exercises. I was hammer curling 25lb dumbbells. Front raises 20lbs. I was adjusting to make sure I wasn’t engaging my traps to help lift, my traps are large enough 😄. Last pic is what running in 43degrees bundled up looks like😂…kinda scary, huh🤣. Luckily it’s just shy of 2 mi and I think I was just over 11min mile pace. Not bad considering I did 2sprints uphill. Helps engage the glutes pushing for power.
