





I know y’all may think this is me being “obsessive” or too observant, but… so you all know I work out, right?🤭😂. Of course you do. I do so with intent and purpose. And those things change depending on various factors. So I’ve really been focusing on building lean muscle mass for greater definition. So when I strength train lately it’s about hypertrophy, progressive overload, going to failure. Working in super sets or drop sets or whatever else the trainer has planned (She’s free and online). I have issues with my legs (don’t like the cellulite and excess skin😔😖), surgery can’t help anymore so I’m left with kinda filling in the excess skin that surgery couldn’t remove. I’m putting a picture of my leg in B&W so you can see the cut I’m getting along my quad muscles, eeks squeal for joy. Also, I’m getting the nice cut on the upper side of my ass😁 also seen in the pic. It’s very hard to capture those nuances in pictures 🙄
