I have an anterior pelvic tilt, lower back problems, and tight muscles. So I lowered the weight, dropped my ego, and will be working on form for a while. Notice my little butt wink at the bottom. Gotta fix it. But it rocked my legs to go lower. Peep the quads shaking with my extensions.
