today was leg day!! 10min treadmill warm up 3x10 40lb leg press 7x5 smith squats (i worked my way up from just the 25 lb bar to 40lb with weights) 3x10 hip thrusts w/ smith, no added weight. goblet squats 3x10 w/ 10lb kettleball lunges w/ 5lb weight in each hand, idk how many i lost count tbh. 3x10 55lb hip abductors 3x10 70lb hip adductors 3x10 55lb kickbacks i think that’s everything, i didn’t write it down so i’m going off of memory lol.
