My belly is so heavy I have to rest my arms on the sink when I bend over or it’s too much strain on my back. You can already hear my panting as just walking through the house makes me lose my breath. Then I walk around to the fridge to find a snack before leaving to go sit and watch tv. Second clip is my daily squats!! You’ll see I’ve started cleaning my room up a bit. Haha
