Morning routine, up early 4:30-5am, catch sunrise on the way to gym. Gym from 5ish till I'm good and sweaty usually 6:30 or 7. Eat breakfast and shower. Then head to work. Sorry I've been very quiet here. I hope you like my next post. Luv ya 😘
