The guy at the repair shop assures me he can fix my phone without any problems. I'm having super anxiety.... I can't back it up, unlock it or even power it down. The screen is half black and half on 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ does anyone know about this type of thing? I didn't give them my phone yet because I want to see of I could save my pics to the computer. I can't unlonck the phone to let it talk to my computer. So upset 😭
