

For the first time in a LONG time I haven’t been as bloated. I’ve tried EVERYTHING - taking digestive enzyme supplements, probiotics, intermittent fasting, drink*ng apple cider vinegar. It was affecting my confidence and energy levels and really got me down especially when your body always needs to be on show. I randomly decided to change one simple thing and that was to have early dinners (before 9pm). Who would have thought it would be something so simple??!!! 😅😅😅.
