It means cultivating courage and empathy and establishing trusting relationships with people. It means waking up in the morning thinking, "It doesn't matter what I do or don't do today. Whatever I do is enough", and going to bed at night thinking, "Yes, I'm imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes I get scared, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I'm brave and worthy of love"
