

Today was my 'rest day' in my daily routine, which usually includes 20 minutes of cardio, hyperextensions, and 30 minutes of yoga.❤️💪🙏 But today, I gave my body some extra relaxation by indulging in a sauna session and taking a dip in the ice-cold pool.
