

Halo all, well Friday night was a blast with my #legday and #shoulderday routine. The update video on this post addresses some Homer Simpson “that’s good, that’s bad” moments. But just glad I made it out to Friday night. So I’ll be ready to get back to 4 days a week. And stepped on the scale tonight that two pound gain is now gone as is an extra 1 pound. I feel almost literally #unstoppable but not going to get too ahead of myself just yet.
