

Happy Monday!!❤️ It is officially New Years resolution season! If you’ve decided to pick a fitness related resolution, good for you! Now you have to tackle the crowded gyms right? Well I have some tips and tricks coming up to help keep you sane through the January gym rush. First things first: get your workout in early! Gyms will be SWAMPED from 5-9pm so getting a morning or midday workout in will not only avoid some crowds but can also improve your focus and help you to eat better throughout the day. I personally like building in lunch hour workouts on my work from home days! More to come😘
