🍑At Home Glute-focused Leg Day🍑 All you’ll need for this circuit workout is a resistance band! ⚡️Banded squat x12 (band at knee level) ⚡️Banded side shuffle x30 (band at ankle level) ⚡️Wall sit w/ abductor pulse - 30sec +15 pulses ⚡️Abductor clams x10 each side ⚡️Donkey kick pulses x15 each side ⚡️Fire hydrants x15 each side Repeat 3 times for a killer booty workout OR combine 2-3 exercises as a circuit to add to your normal leg day for an added burn 😈 try one or all of these exercises this week and let me know what you think! **this is just one of my workouts I am sharing, I am not a certified personal trainer
