Warm up - 1.5 mile run ??DB bicep curls Triset w/ DB front raises & high plank knee to opposite elbow ??Tricep pulldowns Superset w/ single arm overhead DB tricep extensions ??Cable curls Superset with LIGHT barbell 21s (I’m going to make a whole post on this exercise because I LOVE it) ??Bent over straight arm lat pulldown Superset with cable face pulls ??Cable crunches Superset with EZ bar bicep curls Finish with 3 sets of 12 decline crunches (or bosu ball crunches) If you have questions on ANY of these exercises, MESSAGE ME! I have been lifting weights for so dang long that I really only do the exercises I really like and think are most effective so any of the exercises I list in my posts are a great place to start for beginners ?
