





Thank you to everyone who tuned in for my live earlier! Those yoga flows kicked my ass (could you tell I hadn’t stretched in a while? Lol) Below is a quick recap of some of the poses I went through: ✨Downward facing dog: stretches hamstrings and calves while also lengthening the upper back as you push your chest toward to ground ✨Cobra: AMAZING stretch to loosen the lower vertebrae, try to keep your hip bones on the ground and don’t lock your arms! instead engage your triceps to lengthen your chest arching back one vertebrae at a time ✨Warrior 1 and warrior 2: good hip opener stretches, sink into it as much as you can but make sure your knee stays behind your toes. This pressure in the hip joint is great for loosening your hip flexors (helps A TON for squatting). Holding the arms straight above your head and out to the sides provides a good burn in your delts as well ? ✨Pigeon: the ultimate hip and glute stretch, you can keep your torso vertical or fold forward over your front leg. Really sink into your hips and try to relax glutes and hips to feel the full benefit
