

It’s a great day to make time to work on a goal. Even if you only have a few minutes it can be worth taking time to focus on a strategy. I’ve been wanting to find more time to climb, but it’s easy to skip out on climbing after I’ve spent a large portion of my free time running, planking, and/or riding. In an effort to maintain my tendon strength I’m looking to re-commit just 10-15 minutes if that’s all I have to give, but I know that those few minutes can be spent making and maintaining my climbing fitness and that matters to me. 💜 If you’re stretched for time, then don’t worry about finding a large chunk of unclaimed time because just a few minutes is all you really need to change your day and help your body. 💪🏻🧗🏻♀️⏰
You have to keep watering the roots if you want to grow. 🧗🏻♀️… but don’t let them get soggy 🤔 it’s a fine line to walk along this thing called life. 💜
