I was going to post a picture of me but saw this and felt, hey why dont I tell you fans more about me. I LOVE making Coffee for other people, its such an enjoyment for me. I always try to make the best cup of coffee or best calibrated espresso shot you ever had, or at least put good love and energy in making your coffee. I first became a Barista when a girl on my Junior College Volleyball Team told me she was leaving her job as a Barista when she was going away to University that summer. She hooked me up with a job working at Palermo on Main St in Ventura California. A supper adorable place where I learned from a ROASTING MASTER! The manager owned a separate roasting facility with her husband who was also a coffee fanatic. Honestly, I was like the worse Barista ever and I did not know what the hell an espresso was or what a coffee was or that there were even different types of tea. But I really loved the job and was on the register most of the time, even though it did not help that there was no POS so every price was memorized. Eventually, I improved and then found other Barista jobs throughout Southern California, mainly LA. I worked for great people, made coffee for famous celebrities like David Bowie who use to just sit at the cafe and talk to his fans <3 and manny more Well anywho, here is a flashback photo of my latte art. <3
