In my opinion, the more head the better...... 😋 I loved learning how to pour a Guinness the right way as much as I loved dressing up in this little Irish outfit for all my loves to enjoy. First, start with a clean, dry glass. Pour the Guinness Draught into a glass tilted at 45 degrees, until it is three-quarters full. Allow the surge to settle down the sides of the glass and up the centre to form the head, before filling the glass completely to the top.This settling step is reputed to take exactly 119.53 seconds.
