Pisco Sours origin is Peruvian, typical of the cuisines from Peru and Chile. Pisco is a brandy made in Peru. Pisco-based mixed beverages possibly dates back to the 1700s but the cocktail we know today as the Pisco-Sour dates back to the early 1920s in Lima, the capital of Peru, by the American bartender Victor Vaughen Morris. Peruvians and Chileans both have their own version of this cocktail and to this day it is very Controversial who makes it better! What do you think, Who makes it better???? Cocktail-Rating = 5 The Drink 2 ounces pisco 1 ounce simple syrup 3/4 ounce key lime juice 1 egg white 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters Shake with ice Vigorously never blend, so you get a nice foam on top Don't forget to tip your bartender :)
