

I really like to start my day with a little gratitude exercise. Right after waking up, I take a notebook and write down three things I am grateful for. It can be something as simple as a delicious breakfast or warm morning sunshine, or as significant as the support of friends and family. A ritual like this helps me to set a positive mood and start the day with gratitude. 📝🌞
