







I love Arabic food. I love the flavors and the spices that are used in Arabic food. I love the use of olive oil and ghee and olives and the use of all of these different ingredients to create these wonderful meals and snacks and different kinds of dishes. It's amazing. Arabic food is known for its use of rice and lentils and couscous. Those are very high-carb foods, and those foods are perfect for weight gain, especially in people who have diabetes. Also, Arabic food is high in fats due to the use of olive oil and ghee. Those are both great sources of fat and they both provide a lot of calories. They also both provide a lot of flavor. So Arabic food are definitely perfect for weight gain. Sooo perfect for me !
