Watch me teach my students the basics of BB...I cover kicking, hitting, and kneeing!
I teach how to do each busting method and do a demonstration before having my girls come up one by one to practice the techniques I'm teaching them.
Once we've covered the basics, I have two people volunteer to hold our subject up while I give him hard kicks.
At the end of the class I let everyone come up and practice their favorite techniques they've learned!!
