My day started out amazingly well. Full of energy, motivated, feeling physically pretty damn good and then BAM!! Literally one minute great and the next minute not so great. I'm going to work through it. I'm going to come out on top. I will not let my failing body ruin a beautiful, productive day. Dammit.
