I didnt do weight lifting in Japan so for the month I really set myself back. Now that Im more consistent in the gym i can see my muscles and strength returning. Iām almost back up to the weights I was doing before I left on my trip šš¼ rn Iām taking protein, creatine, and drinking a bunch of water everyday!!! Btw if you are reading this this is your reminder to go to the gym
