One of the questions to have come back on the sale was this.
We note your client only purchased in 2017 for £150,000 the sale price is now £215,000 an increase of £65,000 in 2 years; can you client please confirm the reason for such an increase in value. Did your client buy at undervalue?
The property was bought as an investment, had been empty for 8 years and was a complete renovation. I've added a few photos as I was doing it to give you an idea why it was up at £150k 2.5 years ago. The house was uninhabital for a month and after that it was still a struggle at times. I used to look a lot younger, my body was strong and I never used to need diazepam. Your clients have a good deal!
