

I had my third psychology appointment today!l and decided to unwind and treat myself after. I’ve been dealing with somethings in the background and been actively working towards making more positive outcomes for myself. There are some repetitive triggers that I believe if I can overcome will solve a significant portion of my problems. I’m aware this isn’t why most of you sub and that’s ok because if you’ve read this far you probably care at least a little.
