This EMOM workout is a great way to get fit and challenge yourself. The aim of an EMOM is to do whatever your planned exercise/s within the minute and get the rest of whatever is left in that minute, before you start it again for as many rounds as you desire. I love doing 10 rounds 2-3 different exercises and doing it 3 times with different exercises. Focusing on Lower body, upper body and core. This one is 20 Star Jumps, 10 Squat Kick and 20 Jump Lunges feel the burn for 6 rounds. Let me know how you go? If you wanna add onto this. Do 6 rounds of these exercises. Then do another 6 rounds: 10 push up burpees, 10 push ups and 10 in out abs Do another 6 rounds after this: 20 crab toe touches, 20 scissor abs and 10 knees hugs Burn baby burn, its tits up, bums down, huff and puff workout.
