I have experienced a huge difference in my butt and texture of my skin for example just by simply reducing the amount of sugars and artificial sugars. Fruits are great in low quantity but add cookies and other sweets it all stacks up. It’s fine to have every now again, nothing is bad or good. We just need to make sure the workouts are more often than not and the nutrition has good choices in it more often than not. Over Xmas I decrease my workouts and I have a few more sweets and enjoy and when I am back to regular routine I swap them back out. This doesn’t impact me just a nice change for rest and recovery and the motivation builds to work harder when I return to routine. Consistency is the key not perfection.
