I’m a slow and steady consistency type of human. It took me 3 years to save and get back home to Australia. It took me nearly 10 years to build these movement skills and maintain my fitness. It took me 8 years of learning yoga and educating myself to teach my first yoga retreat. It has taken me a whole life time of working on myself to be who I am today. My greatest lesson is challenging situations create the force needed to bring about change. The problem is that we generally use all the stirred up energy intended to bring about change, to resist change. Learn to sit with the storms of life and see what constructive action is being asked of you. Don’t worry how long it takes life has always been about the journey where it most matters, as we are always on a journey and the destinations never ends.
