If you are sent a teaser pic or video of a PPV message and unlock that message from someone, you can find whatever you unlocked by either clicking the little arrows on the side of the message, or by swiping. Sometimes it is hard to see 1/2 or 1/4, whatever the set might be. Also, all media you purchase through unlocking a message is in your Purchased tab.
