Don't start anything new, have confrontations (if possible), or allow anger or frustration to get the best of you. Avoid trying to control things, making rash decisions, lashing out, taking on too many tasks, avoid elective surgery, drama. Focus on compromise in your relationships, resting, recharging, patience, being diplomatic, releasing negative patterns and beliefs, practicing self care, spending time alone, taking breaks . creating boundaries, reflecting on emotions.
