Had a super long cardio day and took my off day from the gym. In combination with the past couple soccer games Iβve played, my legs and body are cooked!
Recovery for the rest of the day will consist of a quick jump in the ocean π, a long stretch πββοΈand an ice cold shower as soon as I get home βοΈπ₯Ά
