

One thing I’ve learned a lot when performing an act I’ve never done, is I’d try to envision myself performing the action. Whether it’s a new skill move, heavy lift, or even just a normal jog. The act of picturing or dreaming yourself performing something does wonders before you actually attempt it. I would do this particularly with saving penalty kicks or free kicks, and i would feel completely composed afterwards. Try it before you do something with an unpredictable outcome!
