

Summer body moving swiftly ☺️ I’ve been getting acclimated to morning cardio and abs 4 days a week. Then weights are at night 5-6 days a week to maintain muscle mass. Peaked with 185lbs on incline bench for 10. Feeling healthy and strongggg! 💪🏼😝 Leg day tomorrow! Who wants to see my squat? 👀
