(It's Minotaur March! Lemme know if you wanna see more of this big guy~)
“Don’t look at me. You aren’t supposed to look at me!”
The creature slammed itself into a wall, holding its side from a previous injury and hiding his face with another, looking at you with a spark of defiance and terror in his eyes. A shaft of light from a hole above revealed his bizarre physique; a human body, bearing countless scars, and a bull’s head with dark, coarse hair that barely concealed his eyes.
His eyes meet yours again, eyeing every part of you, looking for some sort of weakness, some means of escape. He uncovers his face at last, his animalistic face ashamed to see you, to see anyone in these ruins he calls home.
“My existence spits in the face of the goddess. You must tell no one you’ve come here...”
He sighs, a low rumble in his chest, ignoring the throbbing pain as he sits heavily on the cold, damp stone floor of the dungeon; the Minotaur takes a shaky breath, his hands clasped together in silent meditation. He breathes in and out, focusing to gather his nerves as you silently watch. With each breath, his tenseness subsides. The man in front of you is something different from you had just met moments ago.
You extend your hand out to him, and he stares at it for a moment before taking it at last. He limps to his feet, grateful for your kindness.
“My name is Teichos.”
