I had decided it was time to chop my iconic waist-length curly red hair to something much shorter, and as always, I was going to do it myself. Nude in my bathroom, I tie my hair into pigtails and snip both of them off. Then I spend some time trimming the ends and evening out the length. I end up taking off over a foot of curls and finish with a bob that barely reaches my chin.
