Some of may have missed the memo that I had cosmetic surgery on March 2nd, and I was told my recovery time would be between 3-6 weeks. For some people it's shorter, and others it's longer, but regardless of how fast I am healing or how well I'm feeling, I am not supposed to do anything strenuous for 6 weeks. Like, I'm not allowed to lift weights or do anything that could disturb the healing process. However, I am allowed to do basic things as well as cardio and light exercise. Right now I am on week 3 going into week 4 on Thursday. I'm very much looking forward to getting back to my regular life, especially my workout routine and intense content shooting. In case you're wondering I did NOT get surgery on my body. I had a preventative type, anti-aging surgery on my face. Many people have commented that I "didn't need anything" and to be honest I didn't "need" it. But my career is my appearance and all I'm doing is maintaining and preserving that level of beauty for years to come. I was blessed with good genetics and I'm so grateful for that!! Most of you probably won't even notice a change at all. I still very much look like me :) just rejuvenated and refreshed :) I do like to be transparent with my subs, because for (1) if I'm not as active as normal you know exactly why. (2) I'm not ashamed that I invest in myself to stay on my A game and in top condition for my life and my career. I also invest in my internal health as well. I enjoy looking and feeling my best...I mean who doesn't? What you won't see is me covered in tattoos or piercings, or getting trendy surgeries like BBLs or Fox eyes or cheek fat removal, etc... I am not interested in looking weird, circus-like, alien, or out of proportion. I'm a huge fan of classic beauty and fit curves, and that's what I will continue to deliver.
