

Back to work today after my back injury. Although I was in pain last week, luckily it was just a muscular injury, not a disc injury. Sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference. Pain is pain! And Back pain can stop you in your tracks as many of you know. Anyway, my X-rays showed my discs look good! So, I'm just doing stretches every morning and using ice. Oh, I forgot to include I hurt my back working out, you know doing too many deadlifts. I wasn't doing heavy deadlifts but perhaps too many without enough rest. Anyway, do I seem better now?
