



That rock had around 30kg 😂😃❤️ I usually lift 30kg dumbbells in one hand overhead but this one had bad grip… I used to train with rocks steel and bottles of water back in the time there isn’t perfect technique or exercise it’s everything about movement and using muscles. Even if you don’t know how to train and have bad technique you might be beginner it’s still better to train and move than laying on bed 💪😁 even if you might get injured from doing something with bad technique you would need to push too heavy and it’s bigger chance you will get injured and sick 🤧 from not training at all
So bad movement still better than none
