It has been kind of a dark time for me as 8 people in my family are sick with Covid right now (2 hospitalized). It has been very depressing and worrisome to say the least. This just came out of nowhere! I know many of you have experienced this terrible virus both personally as well as within your own families. I certainly hope you are all staying well during this time. Remember to stay vigilant with your supplements, especially vitamins D, B, C, E, Zinc, and Quercetin. Very very important to keep your immunity strong. If you have been around crowds of people or think you may have been exposed you can gargle with a diluted mix hydrogen peroxide and water. Even better you can rinse your sinuses (neti pot) with a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon of Betadine and 4 ounces water. Rinse both sides throughout. They know this helps kill or reduce the viral load of the virus which lives in your nose for 2-3 days before invading your body and making you very sick. Also, remember to workout / cardio and keep a clean diet of whole foods. No matter if you've had a vaccine or not, you still need a good healthy organic immune system.
