Yoga in the office—practicing some sun salutations—this most essential yoga sequence warms up the entire body for practice. I said I would do yoga everyday, but I have already failed since posting this… I definitely need to restore my range of motion—my hip even pops hard towards end of video. I may not document it everyday but should at least do a few rounds of these sun salutations daily. I am getting rid of that body suit, so I decided to go ahead and wear it one last time. Please excuse the pet dander… seriously so embarrassing—having animals with light colored hair is no joke. I vacuumed my carpets the next day. Guys—I talk about the pork shoulder and restaurant again in the next video (two days) later but in more detail. Also, my hair has been extra crispy and unruly since returning from my trip—must have been all the salt and chlorine damage.
