However, I needed something to do yoga in that would not be too gratuitous—but would be just enough to be enjoyable. I was reminiscing on my weight gain last year. It was totally worth it to finish that last leg of my degree. I was just thinking this morning how fortunate I am to have been able to do that—I see the world differently now. There’s other random things I talk about like breathing through my nose on purpose and my love for natural light. Thank you for watching and listening! 🖤💕
