I talk about a sore spot in my back—but there are definitely metaphysical reasons for it’s existence—I’ll explain with more detail in a future video. Goals for the foreseeable future include—fitness, dance, and family/home life. Elasticity is super important to me and now that I have time to breathe, all I want is to get my physical, mental, and emotional health back on track. Things take time—I’m not just going to wake up tomorrow balanced and in shape—and I’m willing to put the work. Have I mentioned how much I do love fitness? 💙💙💙 I also love the idea of having time—time to write and time to be creative—another thing that requires focus and work. Lastly, I realized while I was playing this back that the ring light was too bright. I will adjust accordingly for the next video.
