sometimes the people you love go through things and there isn't anything you can do except try to help and support them, and me being the empath I am, I feel it with them 100%.
So all happy thoughts and vibes and everything please, it's a hard day, and I think it's only going to get harder. On top of COVID making the universe less fun, bad news never makes it any better. :')
Hope you guys are taking care of your mental health and checking in on your brain, because it can be easy to spiral.
