I have incorporated this into my morning routine for better health, especially the regulation of my nervous system which tends to get out of whack for a lot of us if we aren’t keeping an eye on it both mentally and physically. And when we can do hard things now like finding our breath during a cold plunge, it’ll inevitably equip us to handle other things life chooses to challenge us with.
