

Life cock blocked me out of being able to go to the gym today so here’s another painting and a lesson in calming down (I’m about to give advice that I’m bad at taking) it takes 2-3 weeks to begin losing muscle and eating carbs will slow that process but more importantly you will not undo anything by missing one day lol (soothing depression is another matter haha) ANYWAY thanks for letting me be on my soap box 😘
